According to the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Rights Protection, goods of proper quality purchased from Koreiko Corset House are not subject to exchange or return within 14 days.

Goods of improper quality may be returned or exchanged for the same or a similar product, or the customer may request that defects be corrected at the seller’s expense.

The delivery costs for goods of improper quality are covered by the seller.

Custom-Made Items

As we create corsets, shirts, and skirts based on individual measurements, precise measuring allows us to guarantee a 100% perfect fit.

If a mistake was made on our side and the item does not fit properly, we will make the necessary adjustments and cover shipping costs both ways.

However, if your measurements have changed or were initially provided incorrectly, any alterations or remaking of the order will be carried out at the customer’s expense.

Please note that custom-made clothing without defects is not eligible for return, in accordance with Ukrainian law.
Additionally, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172, corsetry products are non-returnable.

At the same time, we always strive to meet our clients halfway to ensure you are fully satisfied with your perfect Koreiko garment.

We kindly ask you to pay special attention to the accuracy of measurements to ensure the best result and comfort.
Measurements must be taken using a measuring tape only.

1. Goods of Proper Quality

Goods of proper quality are items without defects or damage, fully compliant with the requirements of the product category, the terms of the agreement with the customer, and the measurements provided by the buyer.

According to the List of Non-Returnable Goods and the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Rights Protection, the following items are not subject to return:

  • Corsetry products

  • Custom-made items

2. Goods of Improper Quality

Goods of improper quality are items that do not meet required standards or the product information provided by the manufacturer (seller).

Return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

You may return or exchange a product if:

  • The contents of the parcel do not match the order description (incorrect assortment, quantity, completeness, or packaging), and

  • The item has not been used.

Refunds

Product replacement or refund will be processed within 10 business days from the moment we receive the returned item.

If the order was prepaid, the refund will be issued to the customer’s bank card after we receive the parcel and inspect its contents.
